Menu options were not just your average Mexican food choices. They offered some items we'd never seen before. I don't think this is anything other than authentic Mexican food! We tried the El Trompito & Birria Quesadilla. Both were very good even if we had nothing to compare it to previously. The presentation on our plates was great. We both agreed that their refried beans were the best we ever had anywhere. Would love to be locals so we could try more of their items. The one thing we didn't know was that we could order drinks. We thought it was a dry county. Another customer said that a "damp" County allows sales through club licenses any day of the week-we were there on Sunday. Sales of packaged alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the county.
I had the pleasure of trying the birria pizza and al pastor tacos, and let me just say—this was a game-changer! The birria pizza was absolutely incredible. The crispy, cheesy crust was loaded with tender, flavorful birria, and the consomme on the side took it to another level. Every bite was a perfect mix of crispy, juicy, and cheesy goodness. The al pastor tacos were just as impressive. The meat was perfectly marinated and tender. Topped with fresh pineapple, onions, and cilantro, each taco was a burst of flavor in every bite. Not only was the food top-tier, but the service and atmosphere were just as great. The staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant had a lively, welcoming vibe that made the whole experience even better. If you’re a fan of birria or al pastor, this spot is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back!
Big foot long burrito split. And then the loaded shrimp fries with carnival added and cilantro. Oh my God. I used to love the burrito but the fries are 100x better. 5 on the shrimp fries!!!
We had a party of 5 .I had the Baja taco .The shrimp was fresh and sweet .The homemade corn shells were tender and flavorful. The chips and salsa were some of the best that I have ever had .My sister had the steak and chicken fajitas they looked perfect .She said they really good .My husband ,son and brother had the Cartwright Burrito. They were huge .They all cleaned their plates We would definitely go back .
I took my mom here for a lunch date during lunch and we had a blast. It is clean, the air temperature was perfect, our server was so sweet and kind. The food was fresh and our food was brought quickly and hot. The white cheese dip was great! Happy ladies here! Fun place to visit.
Always an amazing experience with friendly helpful staff and FRESH and TASTY food! This isn't your ordinary Mexican restaurant. If you are in Heber Springs you have to swing by for a cold beer and the authentic taste of Mexico Always making new exciting additions to the menu to reflect what is fresh and in season!! I absolutely LOVE this place!
Good food and even better service. The menu has a great diversity of options where it made it somewhat difficult to order because everything looked/sounded great. Ended up getting Birria Burrito, no regrets and it is very large. We came in with a party of 12 and were accommodated with seating and drinks rather quickly.
WOW! Food was top notch and the service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and we never had to ask for anything, they were so attentive. We had the cheese dip, birria burrito, and Izzy’s special. All three were exceptional! The location is also cute. Highly recommend!
